2.4 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from online gaming platforms or who have been excluded by court order or regulatory directive are not eligible to use the phspun Platform. 21+ Only. Any account found to belong to a player under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned in accordance with applicable regulations.
3.1 Registration. To access the full features of the phspun Platform, you must create a registered account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes.
3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered phspun account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. phspun reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any transactions, bonuses, or winnings associated with them.
3.3 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. phspun will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.
3.4 KYC Verification. phspun is required to verify the identity of all account holders. You agree to provide such documentation as phspun may reasonably request, including but not limited to a government-issued photo identification card, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. You must notify phspun immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. phspun will not be responsible for any losses incurred prior to such notification where the unauthorized access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phspun accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. phspun reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. phspun does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your phspun account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect, depending on the processing times of the respective institution.
4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed during phspun operating hours. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) banking days. phspun reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
4.5 Withdrawal to Same Method. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. phspun reserves the right to require this as a condition of withdrawal processing for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.
Note: All transactions on phspun are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Currency conversion fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of the account holder.
4.6 Refused Transactions. phspun reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, in violation of these Terms, or in breach of applicable law.
5.1 phspun may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. phspun reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated software to exploit promotional offers, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements.
5.4 Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless explicitly stated otherwise. phspun reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.1 Finality of Wagers. All wagers placed and confirmed on the phspun Platform are final and binding. phspun will not reverse or cancel a confirmed wager except in circumstances where a manifest error has occurred, as determined by phspun in its sole discretion.
6.2 Manifest Errors. In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect game outcomes displayed due to a technical fault, or erroneous bonus credits — phspun reserves the right to void affected wagers and correct account balances accordingly. phspun will not be liable for any losses arising from manifest errors.
6.3 Game Rules. Each game available on the phspun Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. 11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phspun's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 phspun reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
12.2 You may close your phspun account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and applicable withdrawal conditions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
12.3 Upon termination of your account for any reason, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.
13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 In the event of any dispute between you and phspun, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting phspun customer support. phspun will endeavour to respond to and resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
